looking for a new specific game

Hey guys I want a game which has some or most or the following things.

1. New or pretty new like oldest being 1 year.

2. I want a game with gear that can be upgraded to become super strong and/or rarity of them like how in wow they have epic legendary and stuff. So basicly I want a game where ur equipment determines mostly how strong u r in pvp doesn't have to be fully based on that I can deal with using skills to win pvp but I want equipment to be a major end game goal in the game. I never played wow so I'm not sure if that's how it I'd in that game I just know people hunt for legendary or epic gear I donno which is better.

3.i want a big or decent sized community I don't want 100 people on a server.

4. I would like a guild system with like huge guild wars that can happen which keep the game fun.

If anyone can find me any games similar to what I stated I would be so happy.

Also I don't mind if the game is pay to win type I just want to see a few names of games I can try.

Actually name some major pay to win games that recently came out I wanna see what its like
