LF ORvR Game

I'm looking for suggestions for good MMORPGs that focus on ORvR or large scale open world PvP. I'm not looking for a complex sandbox game like EvE, or a PvE focused game with RvR on the side like Guild Wars. PvP should be the game's prime focus or at least significantly alter the game world. I'd also prefer a game where the PvP is accessible either from the get go or early on, I'm not looking for something that's going to take me weeks to get involved in.
