Lightning questline?

So I recently picked up the game on ps3 and am currently lvl 4. I remembered seeing something about Lightning's questline and being able to obtain her hairstyle. Is this still in the game or was it one of those limited time deals?

Its ended but its coming back in February when the game launches

You need level 45 to complete the final quests. Lame very lame SE screwing over any new players.
