So how's the expansion?

anyone got any input on how the expansion is? i played the game from like 2 months after release for 6-7 months before i got bored and quit(i hit level cap and was only repeating the same stuff over and over and i cna't even remember why)

The max level now is 150, but you can probably get to around level 92 now because that's around the highest levels monsters. Still, way better than 50. You have tons more options for customizing your character after 50 than you used to.
The game runs smoother than ever, and lag is way down.
Crafting is more in-depth now, and lots of quests were added for all levels.
That is mostly true, but quests still tend to be very repetitive. You will still probably run IF, MA, and boots from lvl 39-50 over and over until you get nightmares. At least there are other quests you can repeat.
The impressions have been very very good, most surprisingly from the AC1 people as they have been harder than most people on the game.
One thing I like about the expansion/patch is the way they set up the chat windows. No more need to set up the windows anymore everytime an alt is created.
The expansion is awesome, and I haven't even tried the new content. The new races/classes are alot of fun, even the quests I've done 50 times are fun with all the changes that have been made. AC2 is getting less sloppy all the time, but I have to admit it has a long way to go before I can say it's polished. Still the most fun I've had in a MMORPG, and I've tried almost all of them. Some people like the low lvls, but I think the fun really starts after you become a hero. The quests after you become a hero are awesome, and there's alot of them. I could go on and on, maybe I'll do a serious review sometime, but I need my AC2 fix right now. Try reactivating your old account for free, or do the trial. Even without the legions expansion the game is still awesome. I think alot of people would be impressed if they gave it a shot.
