non targeting mmorpg

hi this is my first post here 

and i was searching for a good mmorpg that have the following options

1.non targeting mmorpg

2. open world

3.f2p

4.good graphics

5.available for europe or middle east
6.have a good combat system and combos
7.i don't want a game from perfect world because i live in the middle east and they block me

8.i don't want a cartoon game

9.i want a game that are open pvp so anyone could surprise me and kill me(optional)

10.have a good castle siege (optional)

now these are some examples for what i want
tera
vindictus
raidez(i know it's a perfect world but i give u option for what i want)
