I'm done buying consoles.

They make them so you can't take them apart and clean out the dust let alone attempt to fix them.  The controllers need controllers that need even more controller attachments (sorry I never got the gist of remembering the names of each of those parts).  All for just one game which sucks.  The controllers break.  They're expensive to replace.  The games are expensive.  The games suck.  You can't edit the games; you get on forums and everyone says, "Why didn't you get the PC version so you could download the mods???"  I have the stupid things taking up space all around my tv, getting the wires all mixed up together so I can't tell what's where, all because I have relatives with children who come over but they would rather bring their DS's and play them.  My biggest complaint is they come out with a new console that doesn't play the old games.  There are only one or two games per console everyone plays and they get bored of them after only a week.  I haven't found anything I wouldn't rather play on a PC.  The money I've spent on consoles is insane compared to the use I've got out of them.  The number of shit games out there is amazing!  I can go to Wal-mart and dig thru a huge cylinder in the center of electronics section filled with crappy games that no one on God's green earth wants to play.  I'm done with it.  I wont purchase another console because they keep pooping them out faster than they make good games for them.  I literally don't have space for another console next to my tv!  DONE BUYING CONSOLES.

    PS2 was my last console but pretty much what you said can be said about pcs too. And not every game on pc is modded, and shitty games also get on pc too, plus bad ports. so you grippe may be with gaming is general :/

    I almost bought an ps4 but so pricy and I still got my ps3 for destiny so pc master race for ever.

    if you really love gaming pc`s give you more veriety of games and better grafix,playing online is what its all about.

    Actually, now is the perfect time to buy old console (X360 or PS3).

    Difference in game visuals between old and new consoles is negligible. New games are published for both new and old consoles, while exclusives for new consoles are basically non-existent.

    Also, you can find used (and new) consoles with lots of accessories at really low prices and the games (especially used ones) are dirt cheap, comparing to games for X1 and PS4.

    I love my PC love to clean him of dust every 2 3 months love all details inside him build by my self perfectly and cheap because shops self bad builds. Love to spend time in front of my huge display LOVE my PRO SENSIBLE HIGH DPI mouse.Love to watch movies love to play games love to download stuff YAR ARR  if you know what I mean. Love to apply for a job online, love to work at PC , love to study on Pc , love to chat on pc , LOVE to watch free porn on PC. PC I LOVE YOU xD

    Honestly I could never get myself to play any kind of game without a mouse. To me that's like driving a car with square wheels instead of round ones.

    Sometimes when I watch PS/XBOX gamers on youtube play a FPS shooter I'm not sure whether I should LoL or cry.

    On top of bad control options they always get to play games that look worse and run worse than on average PC, so I always wondered why on earth people play games on consoles?!

    To each his own I guess, but that won't make me stop wondering :)

    On the bright side if you want to play fighter(or get a joystick) or racing games, even Sony broke down and made their PS4 controller PC compatible.

    You'd think a REAL gamer would play whichever he felt like. But these days you have to read a forum to get someones permission. This whole "My system is better than yours" is very high school.
