Fake keys or just a Bug?

Did anyone who got a key, or know what the link is to  use the  beta key to is???  Almost sure its a real key, heard there is some people not getting a link to download and send it in. I sent support a ticket with no reply . i'm sure they are super busy. I did a search online with no luck on finding were to add the key to... Any help would be great by PM if needed.

    if you have ann account you dont need the key.

     

    if it is the first time and you need to create an account there was a bug with Time Warner guys before.

     

    There is a work around but it wasnt official. But you create an account on your phone or some other ISP that isnt time warner cable.
