Looking for a popular MMO playable in the Oceanic Region.

Hi, I'm looking for a popular MMO that either has oceanic servers or is barely unaffected by lag. The new action MMO's like TERA etc is unplayable for me as I always have a constant 250-300ms latency. I used to be an avid WoW player and having 250 ms wasn't too bad; so I'm looking for something like that. 

The game can be any payment model, f2p/p2p

Good graphics

Good population / community

Good PVP

Good Customisation.
