I like how it feels like one of those Semi-Indie Crime Dramas you only really see being made into movies, and I like the Cinematography capturing the two different time periods(notice all the old computer monitors and typewriters in the store room where Rust is being interviewed), but I hope it gets on point in episode 2. Sometimes all this weird artsy crap can get a little grating. Same reason I watch American Horror Story, but really find it hard to truly like it.
There is a thin line between a believably complicated character and an unbelievable one.
