Hi im currently looking for a sandbox mmo with a high focus on playing with other players and also a focus on pvp Clan warfare and siege battle via clan bases etc thanks in advance

What's this? He wants a PvP game? With an emphasis on COOPERATION and not killing everything in sight because why not? Pfft. What do you think this is, not-the-age-of-griefers?
That aside, I'd recommend you look into some of these suggestions. In my experience games that become niche games or something that could be described as similar tend to not suffer from the deterioration that the PvP scene has turned into in many an unfortunate MMO.
