LF Game for Raiding

After taking a long break from MMORPG's I am looking to get back to my good old days of raiding.

 

I am therefore looking for a game that has good end game raiding with some form of progression and gearing up that I can devote a few nights a week to.

 

If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated and it doesn't matter what genre the game is.

I believe RIFT is probably one of, if not, the best MMO for Raiding/PVE.
