Came here and surprised there wasn't a thread about this. Since about 2 days or so, the game has been 50% off on here. If you bought a game from the digital marketplace in December, you also got a 5 dollar coupon you could use towards this as well. This happened to me when I bought Hotline Miami for 2 dollars.

 

Kept hearing people talk about the game and I remember what a pain it was to walk around the city and do stuff opening weekend of version 1. Glad to see they cleaned it up a bit. For 15 dollars seemed like it was worth it to me. I guess if anyone was waiting for another sale to give it a try, here you go.

It's for the digital download version of the game so if you want a physical copy, might want to wait.

This is an amazing value for ANYONE who is on the fence about getting FFXIV.

 

If you get it for $15 bucks, you get a free month.  You get a full MMORPG with an awesome story.  I can't imagine a better value....

 

For anyone who's considering it...go for it.  Decide for yourself.  If you hate it, then you only lost 15 bucks which is 1/4 the cost of an Xbox or Playstation game.
