Why are people so concerned

Whay is it soooo many people are so worried on the fact that GUILD WARS is a MMORPG or not?image

Seems every friggin forum I vist has the same post on "GUILD WARS is NOT a MMORPG".image

Seems to me that

1. You have Swords and magic, along with a fantasy settting

2. It is a persistant universe.

3. You quest to develop your char.

4. You are online and can interact with others

5. You don't go around with a "HI! MY NAME IS BOB!" badge on .

 

It's a game ......... it's for having fun.

    So is diablo 2

    3. You quest to develop your char.

    Same with Diablo 2

    4. You are online and can interact with others

    Diablo 2

    Actully, you do, its right over your head

     

    It's a game ......... it's for having fun.

    Post is semi-sarcastic fun..... Just do not see why it is such a concern.

    Next time I want to discuss DIABLO 2 I will be sure to get DUCKY on the group.

    Why are people so concerned with why people are so concerned with weather or not GW is a MMO.

    People care because its not a MMORPG and it leads the list as the highest rated.

    I'll jump right in, Diablo 2 is one of my favorite games of all times, Guild wars is right up there too :)

    The only thing I am concerned is the proliferation of Guild Wars cloned threads.
