Plenty of Blizzard fans will buy it, especially since it's going to be a long time before WoD will come out. They're going to have another PvP season in the mean time. And my sis will have 4 toons leveled to 90 before this month is out, reaching the account limit...as there's nothing left to do.

    fixed

Didn't fix the low maturity level there, though.

Don't tell me you PvP in MMORPGs, too. ;)

Torchlight II is decent, too, and I prefer it to PoA because of the mods available for it.  PoA seems to have a very limited field of view compared to Torchlight II, at least for me.  It's not a huge difference, but I can notice it.

If they changed their mind about always online maybe I would have bought the expansion since I don't care at all about the multiplayer part of it. I played Diablo 3(fun combat but cliche story), played path of exile (which is closer to Diablo 2 feeling than d3) but torchlight 2 is still my favorite - no need for online part, good music and very enjoyable combat.

Funny, because LoD was only five bucks less which, taking inflation into account, is about the same price. It also added in just about the same amount of content. RoS is merely substituting new gameplay modes and such for a second class. It's far from  a mindless money grab.

You people really will find any reason possible to bitch about D3, won't you? We get it, you don't like the game for whatever stupid, contrived reason. It's quite obvious that no matter what Blizzard does, the game will never be 'fixed' in your eyes or those of the other haters, so here's a bit of advice: DON'T FUCKING PLAY IT THEN.  Move the fuck on and let people who enjoy the game do so in peace. There are other games which are more popular to rag on right now, so why don't you go bother their fans with baseless hatred?

Sweet buttery Jesus, I'm sick of this ridiculousness. Seriously, does the fact that the game has millions of people who enjoy it bother you that fucking much? Do you lose sleep over it? Do people who like the game & think its faults are grossly exaggerated piss in your Cheerios every morning? Sure as hell seems that way with you people.

AN' DERE AIN'T NO SUCH FING AS ENUFF DAKKA, YA GROT! Enuff'z more than ya got an' less than too much an' there ain't no such fing as too much dakka. Say dere is, and me Squiggoff'z eatin' tonight!

We are born of the blood. Made men by the blood. Undone by the blood. Our eyes are yet to open. FEAR THE OLD BLOOD.

@caninobaler, yep calling people who like blizzard games retards is very mature of you. I am so sick of morons like you calling other people retards because of their preferences. Liking a game is a personal preference.

I'm unsure about it. I'll probably get it once the price drops. It is way overpriced for what you get currently.

for my action rpg kicks, marvel heroes has kept me entertained just fine

Its the standard price for a Blizzard expansion, has been for years.

The comments I see are, PoE, TL2, or Marvel.  I can not comment on Marvel, but I heard its a decent game

    PoE:

    • Awesome Tournaments
    • One Class - No diverse characters
    • Okay storyline
    • Online Play only
    • 24 character slots +can get more
    TL2:
    • Mods, Mods and Mods.  Offline play option
    • Couple classes, and decent gameplay
    D3EXP:
    • 6 classes total, no Modding.
    • Online Play only
    • Best (IMO) action and animations, flows very well
    • AH currently, then NO AH
    • Grindfest ensuing beyond what it is now.
    • Very Limited character slots (10 or 12?  up to either 13 or 15 with CE)

All games have their decent stuff, I do not like TL2 at all personally.  PoE lacks the character diversion but the tournaments are fun as hell.  Infact to me that is the only thing the game has going for it.  Its an awesome feature by far.  D3 though in the end is the most polished of them all though lacking the thrill and addiction of PoE's tournaments.  The gear grind in D3 is lackluster compared to D2, and it is strickly gear based on DPS compared to the others, which is another downfall.  With all that rambling I'll still stick to D3 for my ARPG of choice short of the tournaments from PoE.

It is not a one or zero thing. I don't play one ARPG only.

I certainly will be playing Marvel Heroes, *and* RoS. MH  is a decent game, and constantly getting better.

Aside from Marvel Heroes, you are also missing Incredible Adv of Van Helsing.

Van Helsing is almost as polished as D3, except fewer classes (only 3), and much smaller/shorter game, but it has its charms. Personally, my ARPG preference is

    1) D3

    2) Van Helsing

    3) Marvel Heroes

    4) TL2

    5) PoE

I played all of them, but in the future, i probably will only stick to the top 3, and try out all the upcoming ones, of course.
