WoW Lag/ Locking Up Problems

in World of Warcraft

I have been playing World of Warcraft for a couple of months and yesterday, I started getting lag so that I could see other players running around in circles, NPCs not moving and actions not working. I cant even use /camp!I have tried many times and each time I have to Cntrl Tab out and close WoW manually. I managed to get about 3/4 of an hour's play this afternoon but now I am having the problems again. ::::16::
I have not had any trouble with my connection to Guild Wars or the internet so what is going on? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

    I dont know if anyone has suffered from these problems but I have been told to disable Cosmos since there appears to be some problems after the 1.4 patch. So I can now play, but I have to live without cosmos...... image

    This was a known problem from the server side....should be all fixed up now image BTW Try UUI instead of cosmos if cosmos is givin u problems...do a google search for "wow uui" the first link should take you to the download page (look for curse gaming) just unzip the contents into the wow folder and log in and turn on the addons; you might want to disable "Custom hidebar" its a pain for my computer....UUI stands for ultimate  user interface its amazing and has a lot of features cosmos doesnt including my new favourite which tells you what spell your current target is casting....wicked for PVPimage
