Access Denied???

Need help....

 

I inadvertently typed in a birthdate on ESO.com......Apparently, the birthdate I typed in was under 18 because its coming up ACCESS DENIED. In the past, ive always had access to it after typing in my real birthdate. Long story short, I screwed up and can't get into the site.

 

Is there any way to 'reset'? So I can regain access? I've tried accessing thru different places, i.e., different googled sites etc but it keeps coming up AD.

 

Any suggestions? ( I assure you, im legal. :) )

    Have you tried clearing your cashe and browser history ? Do that and try again with the website.

    It would reset after a couple hours then you can try again. But who really enters their actual birthdate anyway? I use 1/1/1910 or whatever earliest/closest year they have on the scrollbar :D

    How weird!  I put the exact same date in, too.
