If I would be so picky I would probably never be satisfied with a game or even find one. Good Luck.

True.  Some people become obsessed by a particular feature set... and only play games that have a checklist like: Open World, Full-loot, first person, PvP, twitch combat with collision detection, territory control and crafting.   Note that "FUN" was not included in that list, yet people forget that "FUN" is really the one and only feature that matters.

I have features that I prefer (like most of that list I just gave) but I would never rule out a game for not having any of those items... as long as it was FUN.

Open World and PvP are pretty big "feature sets". :)  I just can't play an MMO that doesn't have either of those.  And even the ones that do have those, I can't stand the ones that are all about Arenas and Battlegrounds (Wow style).  Hardly any MMO games implement the RPG aspect, what use it to even consider playing the ones that don't even implement the MMO part of it?

Do I prefer open world PvP games.  Absolutely.  Have I had fun in pure PvE games?  Absolutely.  It's all about quality.  Anyone can put a list of features together... poorly.

So yeah, they really did add it.  Although it's just for PvE not PvP.  Still good improvement in my opinion.
