havent seen this anywhere yet so imight have just missed it.
but how well dose ESO work with mixed level chars, i dont mean small diffrence but large ones, can i play with my high level friends or as a high level with my low level friends, is there some kind of system in place for this, or do we basicly ahve to be at the ame point in phaseing and close in level.
thi is a important factor for me as i prfer to play MMOs with friend rather then solo and i have a few that are alt happy, or dont get as much time as i do so they level slower.
i have played beta but not much past 1st island so i hvent had a chance to test this.
any revilent information would be good.

Cyrodiil (the PvP map) is for level 10-50 , so will be able to group with your friends there at any level (there is PvE content in that map as well). Scales up the lower level characters base stats or something (not skills and gear)
I'm not sure but i dont think there is any kind of level scale for instances and questing.
while i will take part in the PvP on and off, i dont like the thought that it is limited to a PvvP zone for level mixing.
it is a bit of a let down if this is the case that there is no level mixing because it makes it more then a bit difficult to play with friends.
F2P may be the way of the future, but ya know they dont make them like they used to
Proper Grammer & spelling are extra, corrections will be LOL at.
Please look into the 50+ and 50++ content. They are as big as your starting faction and everyone is the same level. Your faction barely constitutes 1/3 of the non-repeated content (raids and such or whatever is similar not included). Also it's a bad idea to try to complete all 3 factions on different characters, because you can complete them with a single character. Just pick a race and class that will fit most of your play styles and everything else is gravy.
So it's a bad idea to complete all 3 factions on different characters?
I think you mean that you can complete them all on a single character, but I'm not sure how on earth it would be a bad idea if you wanted to play different characters in different factions. I realize I'm going to have friends playing on a couple of different factions, (and I sincerely hope different campaigns). If they end up in different campaigns, I'll definitely have a toon that I can play with each group.
