It was my understanding that the beta started the 28th but all im getting is log in errors. Has it not started yet and if not then when?

Starting Times stated in your Email and on their Website as well.

Man you wanna Play a Beta and your'e not able to find the Starting Times. *head-desk*

It will start ~ 18:00 MEZ, if you wanna look for your Timescale, look on the Webpage. But beware tho, last 2 Weekends the Servers where open 1-2 hrs earlier.
