I had so much fun finding a group in Cyrodil, the pvp zone in Elder Scrolls Online.
We streamrolled the enemy keeps and got Emperor titled.
FUN!
Video here of the action:
Devil bunny needs a ham, and he's pretty sure knocking you off a building will get him one.

It was great fun wasn't it. Cant wait for opening day. Just hope they're able to optimize the server bandwidth to take care of the lag on the more active campaigns.

I expect to see a lot of "I only PvE!" people in Cyrodiil
I thought it was okay, it will become mediocre rather quickly just like GW2 WvWvW, it's the same thing over and over and very zergy.
I'm incredibly disappointed with the PvP content in ESO, it's limited to just that zergfest. No dueling, no OWPvP, no Guild vs Guild, no arenas, no 10v10, 15v15.
Literally nothing but the zergfest.
Funny thing is, they can cry that all they wish, but the way PvP is set up, its either you fight or leave, there's no conversation/whining available. Where the real fun lies, is when you're with a competent group and "steam roll" the pug type zergs because you work together (3-1+). What's even better than that?, when your group meets another group equally competent, those extended fights are priceless! Loads of fun.

You are working on very limited experience. Don't be so doom and gloom. There is always a Zerg in large scale PvP, but this PvP offers so much more. Either believe us, or be the pessimist, up to you.

I actually loved the PvP, but the zergfests are my biggest fear as well. I hope I'm wrong and things diversify.
It was the main reason I left GW2 and the WvWvW is why I started playing it to begin with. Love 3 faction warfare.
Keep in mind, that a well orchestrated small group can decimate an entire zerg at your keeps doorstep.

Only if that zerg has little in the way of siege weapons, which are easily purchasable from the pts you get by doing that one quest of killing 20 players only (which I did). I was able to get about 7 trebuches at lvl 11, PvP only from lvl 10.
I'm not saying I didn't enjoy it, I did. Maybe my concerns are totally unfounded, as I don't have the playtime to validate or deny them. I can only go with the limited time i spent there this weekend and the time I've played in GW2.
If it turns out I'm wrong then I'll be a happy camper, that's for sure.
Well, I didn't typically note any difficulty with enemy siege weapons. Flanking zergs and burning said weapons didn't present much of a problem. But we didn't fight the zergs from the walls. We came from behind.

So, that was you that burned my trebuche! It had been barely used, couldn't get a refund it was that badly mangled.
People said the same thing about GW2, it was the most hyped game on this forum of all time. How many even still play it here?
Sorry about that, ill give you mine.

For whoever can compare: I found the problem with GW2's WvW was that there was way too much ground to travel for how little pvp was going in. Does this game have the same problem? Or is it pretty quick to log in to Cyrodil and find lots of people to fight?
I personally think the PvP should be focused and not have a large area where I could potentially spend an hour looking just to die and spend another hour wandering around.
It's way bigger than GW2 WvWvW, there's even more running around.
That... is not good.
