This seems more of a troll attempt... however, I wouldnt rule out anyones contribution especially from an area with skilled and educated individuals in that area... so I guess it does.

Well unless nukes start dropping i wouldnt expect any impact on the game, since the game developers and the military arent tied together Unless they are putting subliminal messages into the game lol.
