looking for F2P with great character editor

Hi there!

I'm looking for Free to Play game with great character creation tool! I don't really care about gameplay because I want to spend all my time in editor. (Experienced Sims player haha)

If you are simply trying to get a detailed avatar for free, I'd recommend APBreloaded.  I used it a year or so ago to create an avatar for a pen-and-paper game I was playing.  I was very pleased with the results.
