Point-and-Click combat + LOTS of game depth?

Basically my fiance really likes simple point and click movement/combat, but I tend to get bored with those games pretty quickly.  So, are there any point and click games that offer a lot more depth than the typical old school health-potion-chugging diablo clones?

 

Are there any point-and-click sandbox mmorpgs?

 

What are some of the best (most content/play options) point-and-click mmorpgs?

I would suggest World of Warcraft.. It's one of the best point-and-click game i know..

• Point & Click to move (also WASD)
• Free-to-play, a large amount of content, new within months
• Combat is Tab-targeting or click to target and 1-0 keybinds with cool downs.  This may not be what you are looking for.  It was rated 7.4 on MMORPG.com, so you can check out reviews.
• I'd also recommend WAKFU for a similar experience, except the combat is turn-based and a little more strategic.
