mmo with gameplay like shadowrun: returns?

Ive been playing it and like the combat, I know they are making a shadowrun: online but is there a game out now like it?

    Jagged Alliance Online? That would cover the tactical stuff you're looking for, though nothing like Shadowrun's setting.
