What's the easiest/fastest way to get a horse if you don't have the Imperial Edition?

This is a topic I know nothing about and can't really find anything on it. At what level can I get one...and how do I get one?

Hey, getting horse is not lvl related, you can buy one in the first major city. In the new intro to the game, thats the city you get after Couldharbor (the tutorial). It simply costs 17k gold, which is actualy quite the sum of money. Anyone should be able to get that kind of gold till lvl 20 or so, you can get it sooner if you try in this direction. Actualy in live game where economy is going to be fully working it probably wont be that hard to get that money till lvl 15.

Realistically, fastest way to get a horse if you didnt buy the Imperial Edition.. Fork over the $20 and get the imperial. If for no other reason, 15000-17000g vs $20.. Is a no brainer.

    Just because I'm a gamer doesn't mean I drive a Honda.

    Lol..

20k ingame gold si so easy to get. just collect all shit you come across and sell it to a npc. you have 20 by level 10-15

if you sell resources to players instead of npc's you gain far more far sooner.

also note that -all- prices on -all- npc's for -all- items were like 200% of normal during beta.

Offer to sexy dance for coin?

Really though, if you sell your crap stuff to vendors and don't spend a lot you can probably earn enough for a horse in a couple of days. Less time if you collect mats and sell them to/through a guild store. (2 FULL days by the way..not an hour or a two but a good solid all day weekend)

If you have the time maybe queue up for a dungeon with friends (or an ugh-pug) and see what drops. Maybe take a small hit on sale price to sell quickly in chat. A couple of runs and then get your horse.

I blew up most of my drops, bumped up my bank and didn't sell any mats and still had maybe 9K on me at the end of 8-9 hours of playing.

A month or two into release 17k gold won't be more than change for any active player.

And 20$, if anything it's overpriced, not mentioning you are robbing yourself of a nice ingame goal to achieve.

Go to ebay UK site and for a few $$$ buy a 5 day Early Access key.

You then get the Imperial goodies for 5 days ( apparently including the horse and rings etc)

In 5 days you can use the horse, rings etc to make some extra gold as above.

    Alternatively,

If you are on EU .. Join my guild ..  we will be up and running with a guild store  in approximately 2 hours after Early start = you can start listing and selling your stuff in our guild store to our members.  As long as you are collecting mats or picking chests along the way you'll have plenty to sell to our crafters.
