Trial 15 day account inop?

Was intrigued by this game and wanted to try the 15 day free period before spending money for sub. Was able to register fine on their web site. The download for client is broke. Just keeps giving data server connection error. You can't  post on the forums until you make a in game character and the support ticket page will not let you post a  ticket. They are not to concerned with enticing new players it seems. Well I am off to check out other games just as intriguing but hopefully less frustrating to download. By the way it was not a firewall problem.
