ms lx-3000 life chat vs xbox one new headphone?

Any know if xbox one is better?not on paper but in reality.I was wondering if I should buy another lx-3000 set or get the new xbox one?but ms doesn't supply the capability of the lx-3000 (I know that xbox one headset can do 20 hertz to 20000 hertz .)
