guild pvp/ free movement

HI all, i've just gotten back into playing mmo's and i'm looking for a game that allows for air/water combat and exploration and an overall free flowing movement system. I get annoyed when i cant jump over a short fence  and have to run all the way around it ect or cant fit through a space when its clearly larger than me lol. Finally i'd like a guild pvp system that u can challenge other guilds for things like territory or perks ect much like perfect world international. So far aion has been suggested but i'd like other opinions if theres any.
