Is it possible to turn them off? How about tuning them down? I just saw some video with like 5 participants in combat and it was like a disco, all the red green and blue huge shapes painted the whole area flashing and blinking all over the place leaving the actual combat effects barely visible.
I dont mind telegraphs as long as they can be turned off, many people probably want to use them, especially in hardcore PvP or hard mode raiding to maximize their efficiency, and that's entirely up to them, but personally I want them turned completely off or at some kind of bare minimum setting.
I doubt I'll be there when the game launches (if ESO is any good) but it's definately something I was planning on trying at some point.

Turn them off, change what telegraphs show, mess with opacity or even choose a colour-blindness mode for more preferential colours!
Be warned though, you will be severely gimping yourself in the later stages of the game by turning them off as telegraphs get a LOT more complex than a simple cone or line AoE.

Yes you can turn them off and alter which ones you see.
Although I will say this after trying the beta that there is not much indication that anything is going to happen other than the telegraphs and a lot of the cast animations look very similar so playing without them in say pvp will be a nightmare. Also I seen a AOE heal that didn't have much indication other than the telegraph on the floor so same if you cant see telegraph gonna be a pain.
I was kinda looking forward to this game to be a very casual experience for me personally (like playing SWTOR only for the leveling / stories), so it does not matter much if I cant take part in some serious raiding or PvP without the telegraphs.
Who knows, maybe Carbine comes up with more options for the telegraphing visuals in the future, but so far I'm fine with them since there seems to be a good amount of options already, ty for replies.
