Cheap HTPC build

I know that most people ask for help with gaming rigs here, as I have so many times. Because I have had success with builds based on advice I've gotten here, I'm hoping you fine folks might be able to help me build an htpc.

 

I'm looking to build an htpc as cheaply as possible with the following capabilities:

 

Run windows with XMBC

Stream netflix, hulu, youtube, etc

Playback bluray/3d bluray smoothly

Pleayback 1080p mkv files, sbs 3d, and full iso 3d

Playback and recording of OTA tv content

 

I've put together a build, but I honestly have no idea if I'm overdoing or underdoing the build.

If you're getting a case and power supply together for $40, I'd worry that the power supply might fry your system.  You don't need much wattage, but some power supplies are bad enough to run way out of spec if you pull 50 W from them.  With that price tag, I'd worry that that's what you're getting.  I'd recommend looking instead at a budget-oriented power supply with decent quality:
