Wildstar Beta ... I cannot log in ...

I downloaded the client last week after creating an account and adding my Beta Key. Everything looks fine ....however every time I press the green button and then enter my login details it say's .... 'No Data Permissions' or on other occasions an error. I am in the UK and downloaded what appeared to be the EU version, even tough I have read that it really makes no difference.

I have also opened a ticket with Wildstar ... which they let me know they had received my plea .... but still nothing resolved.

Am I the only one with this situation .... are there any remedies ... like anything because I can't log in I really want to play more hehehehe.....

any ideas .... or if a Wildstar bod is reading .... HHHHHHHHHEEEEEELLLLPPPPP......

    Thats for press only or something,atm NA is playable for everybody.

    So ...... Have i got to download the whole client again??? .... really there should not have been the option ....

    Start the client and check top right corner and change region to NA,no idea if you need to download something :/ .

    Game seems good. Its got the spit and polish of WoW with much more fun combat. Its like Ratchet and Clank the MMO.. It's impressive. Though I suppose the wowheads won't switch - the probably should going by what I have seen so far.
