MMO with non-instanced player housing

I've been looking for a good MMO with a great player community and a decent economy for a long time, and nothing has quite fulfilled my urges lately. I've been playing EvE and while the economy is great and I love how nothing is instanced and all players play on the same server, it still just doesn't fulfill that urge. The last MMO that I truly lost myself in was SWG. Although I hate to admit it, the last time I truly had a great time in an MMO was messing around with the non-instanced player housing. I loved being able to try to place my house near the Lake on Naboo and seeing all of the other player houses.

 

Any suggestions for an MMO that has non-instanced player housing, similar to SWG? Something with a great community and lots of things to decorate the house with. As lame as it sounds, this was the last time that I truly enjoyed being engrossed in an MMO. I want to be able to experience that again. Therefore, are there any MMO's that have totally non-instanced player housing with tons of decorations and a great player base?

    Perpetuum Online? Got a mail a few weeks back saying it was going B2P after the 2nd of April so that's another bonus.

    It will still be in it's own zone but everyone will see your house.The goofy part is you can expect to see every house with a hmm i forget the term but imagine an Owl on top of every house,you know the same way boats in ancient times had that figurine at the bow of their boat..Also storage is using boxes that you actually see ,so again expect to see stockpiles of boxes around the houses lol.This was a long time ago,idk a lot might have changed since then.

    It has been too costly or devs been too cheap to implement non instance housing so i am surprised AA is going to do it.

    Thank you for the responses! Any idea when ArchAge is going to come out? I've been following it for a while now, but I was hoping for something that I could play in the mean time, although it has exactly what I'm looking for. 

     

    Also thanks for the mention of Perpetuum Online. I looked into it and it looks really cool. Does it have a relatively large player base?
