Few questions about Archeage

JabasJabas Member UncommonPosts: 1,249

Well, i decide to play Russian servers and after 9 lvls like to ask a few questions:

1 - In what lvl worth looking to craft? Is not the lvl i can do craft but wich one worth it to start.

2 - The inicial of the game is the standart mmorpg game, in wich lvl thinks might getting a little diferente?

3 - Where and when can i get a glide?

4 - Didnt saw the sea yet, im to far from it?  i want to make a boat  :)

5 - didnt get it very well the farm think, plant and collect in some zones, should i care in lvl 9?

Thanks in advance  :)

Things to remember about the Russian version - its beta with lots of stuff disabled (like the entire Northern continent)

lol, didnt know that, i thought was a release version.

I don't play the Russian version - but from Korean version you get a basic glider, boat and racial mount by level 15 via beginner quests.

    i get a mount around lvl 7.

The beginner crafting quests (green leaf) introduce you to basics and give you basic materials - you can level 1-50 via crafting alone (provided you have the mats).

You can stop doing quests at level 1 if you wish and just do your own thing - like farm mobs, craft or whatever - most folks will do quests to about lvl 30 and then stop, but there is no *right* way to play ArcheAge.

thanks that was the type of info i was looking for.

The sea - how can you miss it? Pull up your map - right click to zoom out - the little arrow is you, notice that you are surrounded by water - hehe can't miss it :)

hmmm, dont know if it as to do with but im play the last race (no idea the name) and the inicial zone dont connect to the sea but im might have miss that.

Thanks for the help, i will check that fórum too.   :)

Crafting is interesting but for alot of materials you need to grow your own. This is done in real time with some items that can speed it up. Say cooking  you need to grow some plants etc..  can take a while.

The game is like most to begin with  quest hub to quest hub to quest hub..   I believe pvp starts around lvl 30.

As stated gliders are a quest reward about lvl 14 - 15  keep going.

AA is massively open world hitch a ride or head for the side of the map..  Mid lvl 20 quests are by the sea.

Time vs reward  up to you depends on how often you play  if you play alot  out level the stuff you making very quickly.

Depending which rule set you play with korean or Russian depends on what patched version you playing as the Korean has introduced a cash shop with some controversial items that give advantage for cash..  Where as the Russian hasnt employed this patch yet.

BUT, in a good way or a bad way???

Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.
