In this video you will see the use of SweetFX with ESO, toggled on and off.
It is a noticeable difference already alone with SweetFX and I can only imagine how the graphic would look like using an ENB graphic mod like you can get for Sykrim.
Really cool....make sure you watch it in 1080p

edit:
Someone is already playing around with ENB and this ENB version includes cinematic black bars which I love in Skyrim.

You can adjust the colors with sweetfx and a lot more.
Its more the question if such a third party software is allowed and does not lead to a ban.
Ok, someone did already testing with ENB aswell. Its not that amazing like some offered for Skyrim but a good start.
The ENB seems to include cinematic black bars which I love in Skyrim.

To those who say "i don't like how this looks" -it all depends on your personal settings.
In Borderlands i used a preset that gave the game a very dark and gritty setting, taking out the screaming colors. Removing the black outlines and disabling cell shading on top of that, the game looked SERIOUS - i so wish SweetFX would work in Wildstar as well!
Good to know that it does in ESO.
Moar, if by fog you mean the limited view distance, you can manually set it beyond a setting that the ingame-slider allows you to.
I doubled my view distance to what would be a value of "200" in game (while 100 is max) and it made a huge difference to how the game looked and felt to me.
How i ask you, how?

Agreed.
Intiorized, go to
C:UsersYourUsernameDocumentsElder Scrolls Onlinelive (or liveeu if you run the EU version) and open the file UserSettings.txt
A few lines down from the top there is the line SET VIEW_DISTANCE "2.00000000", where 2.* equals the ingame slider set to "100".
Change it to i.e. SET VIEW_DISTANCE "4.00000000" or "3.00000000" and save the file. (You can later on still experiment with the values to get one that suits your idea of how the game should look and runs well on your video card).
Now you have to rightclick-> properties on UserSettings.txt and check the box to write protect it, otherwise it will get overwritten by the value of "100" set by the ingame-slider the next time you start the game. Note that anything set in the game's settings does not apply anymore since the file is read-only now.
Log into the game an enjoy the visuals as they should be by default.
