Have you tried calling or emailing them? That's going to be the fastest way to resolve account issues. It could just be something like your bank hasn't cleared the payment yet or something. I don't know, just consider calling them rather than fixing it yourself and complaining.
yeah have them d o a callback you may have to be up at night if your where its evening but that or a ticket...of if you have another machine see if it works on it if it does then its your computer.

Have you tried calling or emailing them? That's going to be the fastest way to resolve account issues. It could just be something like your bank hasn't cleared the payment yet or something. I don't know, just consider calling them rather than fixing it yourself and complaining.

I have played beta. But when I try to login it just says my login or password is incorrect. It has nothing to do with my computer. As I have linked, it is a common issue.

I'm sure that he just prefer to receive reasonable customer service hours in the EU. It's not an unreasonable request at all. If they offer to sell you a game at full price, they should include the full service. This guy hasn't even been able to log in yet.
