in Elder Scrolls Online

Anyone else that gets this error message now when they try to start the ESO LAuncher?

 

I tried doing this:

But it does not help

    right-click the launcher icon and choose "run as administrator"

    Ah yeah I realised that running as Administrator made my launcher work.

     

    Sadly, my account does still not work. Is the game running from maintenance?

    I believe maintenance is still going on.

    Having said that, now would be a great time to try and contact customer support over the phone.  You could even try granting permission to call you at any time of the day, just in case it's some company policy that you can override.

    Yes its down for maintence should hopefully be back up very soon
