Account Security Issue

in Elder Scrolls Online

I'm looking but can find no official statement or update regarding the issues with account security that let you log in to your account but when loading in to the game, gives you full access to another persons character/s.

 

This has been reported by in increasing number of players here on this forum and on reddit. It is a HUGE concern IMO and should have been addressed by now.

 

Has there been any official confirmation on a fix as yet?

    I could not find it in the patch notes. However, I have not heard anyone complain about it after the last patch. Maybe it is fixed? Or fixed during a hotfix.

    You log into the game... and it somewhere down the line wires get crossed and you are effectively logged into somebody else's account?

    That's one of the most messed-up errors I've ever heard of. Wow. Good luck with that.

    Yap, this seemed to happen to a few people on the NA server according to a guy on reddit. But they said they fixed it in the patch last night.
