I Actually Loved to play this game, however it was a Single Player game usually, the one time i did see someone else i joined the Guild just to try to get with some ppl once and awhile, however 95% of the guild was inactive... sadly, ya should prolly pass on this one if you want any human interaction

I could see that if you are an EU player on Unity; GN has seriously FUBARed the EU player base and I feel sorry for the folks who have to play there.

On Chaos, we've seen a steady increase in the number of new players coming in and in former players returning. A few months ago, a former player surveyed the server population for a week & posted the results. At the time, the Saturday evening population on Chaos was around 350. This past weekend, a count done by a different player (but using, from what I could tell, the same methodology) showed roughly 525 (apologies, but I don't have the notes I made at the time with me at the moment). Now, that's people playing, not active subscriptions. Some were no doubt on the 7-day trial, while others have multiple subscriptions on their accounts, such as my wife & I.

Yeah, 525 on a server is low for an MMO. That's fine with me, though, because that number is headed in the right direction.

Of course some came back for the pay for 1 get 2 months deal. But to say there is over 500 on one server is laughable. But yet you call my posts lies. ROFL

As word of mouth gets people to play the good games word of mouth can warn people to not play the bad ones. HZ can't get much worse.

I agree.  Every single post I have seen is nothing but negativity towards Horizons.

Right now I have the all access pass to EQ, EQ2 and SWG. I play EQ2 the most. I just allowed my WOW account to expire but I am sure I will return to my guild in that one soon enough. I also beta tested all these games including UO which I ended up playing for 4 years and my son still has an open account there. Lets see DOAC, AC, AO, and of course my lifetime free account in AC2 which I won at EBgames (best place to buy your games). I also beta tested all of these. Yes I even beta tested HZ and did pay at start and have checked into the game off and on thru trials from that point on. So do I know what online games are and how they should work.  

Oh and yes I even had Turbine developers on my msn msg account when I beta tested AC2 including the guy that was fired from Turbine, DB. I even know the exact reason for his being fired (which I still will not say because I was asked not too by the one's that told me). When I say DB is the laughing stock of game developers, I say that with inside knowledge. Either way I been around a long time and know MMORPG's and HZ is not a good one at all and should have died in beta with some respect like Wish did.  But then that would have gave some respect to DB which I am sorry to say he hasn't had in this industry for years.

Darn I forgot I also beta tested Shadowbane, Saga of Ryzom and Ragnarok Online, Lineage 2, EVE and COH. So many I forget.

Oh I also beta test for M$, win95, 98, me, xp and server 2003 and even the new one including beta tested the new M$ update site.
