I really hate the fact that i am currently outleveling so much content..
they either need to add an option that allows me to stop earning XP..
or even better..... They should allow me to downlevel later on... For example by adding an option to each wayshrine to set your current level to a level comparable to the mobs in that area..
i think this is important for me..... If they would only tell me they plan to add the 2nd option over time, then i would gladly move on, knowing that i can save the content for later on.

I noticed this too but I look at it as a good thing. There is so much content that I restrict what my character does through "his" interests. If I roll another toon even in the same faction I will have many quests to do I didn't bother with the first time through. The journey will feel quite different. I love how many quest lines offer you 2 choices on how to finish it too so that next time a different character with differing morals may choose another outcome.
