Changed password and still wrong anyone?

Ok I've changed my password like 6 time on the new account and my old account I can't change because the security question is incorrect whenever I enter it. Has anyone besides me had this problem besides me. Is their something wrong with the website thats causing this problem. I've been hearing things about ESo problems in chats of other game. I'm just wondering if they are true.
