LOL! Now that's funny.
Sounds like a multimillion dollar settlement. Essentially Microsoft allowed minors to skirt ESRB ratings and corrupt their minds at an early age (~5 years old).
More likely though the family will accept a few free DLC's, because they don't know what they are sitting on.=P
