Elder Scrolls movement question

Excuse the title for being a little misleading in a sense

But I've noticed that when I play the game and I click left and right arrows to well ofc go left and right that my screen doesn't move at all. It just shows my character going left and right. I know that in some MMO's like Guild Wars 2, WoW, and Rift that when I click on my left/right arrows that the screen rotates as well.

Now I am a fan of using the arrow keys instead of W, S, A, D to move personally.

Also if you are going to say I need a mouse, I currently do not have a functioning mouse at this present time because one of my school books fell on it ><"

Any help would be greatly appreciated

A and D are bound to strafing. Probably can change it in options. I always bind those keys to strafe rather than just turning.

As a long time student myself that has to be the lamest excuse for not having a mouse.

Priorities dude... break the bank and buy a mouse...

It's like saying "I want to drive my car, but I have a flat and I don't want to change the tire."
