Should Zenimax reduce the Guildstore Fees to promote guildstore trading?

Should Zenimax reduce the guildstore fees?   I think a while ago a majority people agreed the fee should be lower,  but it seems they have not or will not listen to this outcry for lower Guild store fees, why do you think this is?    Is this a way to make sure people stay away from Guild Store posting?     FFXI had a AH system that had horrible problems with having too many items on the auction and would crash the servers.   IS this what Zenimax might be facing?    Is there a technical reason Zenimax will not lower their Guildstore Fees of 25%?
