werewolf curse timer during maintenance..

So my guild member had infected me w/ werewolf curse @ lvl 5 (hadn't done too much research on the quests themselves so i didn't know about having to kill level 40ish mobs). It gives you 7 days to finish quest, so that wasn't too big of an issue.

 

I'm wondering if anyone knows if the curse timer will keep ticking during maintenance time. Unfortunately this maint is during my main playing hours, and since i usually get ~1 level per hour-1.5hours, it kind of sucks for me
