Hi folks,
having a wonderfull time with D3 atm, but i feel like I want to play a mmo again After trying to get back to WoW, Aion and Rift I found most of them pretty slow combat wise. I thought i´d try some more action based games, Gw2 was not my cup of tea (cant explain why, I just cant get into it) and Tera just offers no class thats like "yeah, I totally want to play that class!"
Are there any other options? Wouldn´t mind if it´s dungeon based like D3, I just don´t like this kind of "lobby games" like Panzar, etc.
Would be nice if the game has some nice community, I am from germany, so the game should at least be avaiable in the EU, german would be perfect but I can live with english only
Realy like to play mage, summoner, necromancer classes, so would be nice if thi swould be possible.
Thanks a lot, hope you can help me out
PS: Thought about it for a while and these are some things that i think would be fun for me too:
-mmo with oldscool 16 bit graphics
-something based around socialising and exploring with good graphics
-grindy mmo with heavy gear prgression similar to diablo

action, try vindictus EU, i can't play that game because of the IP ban, but the big boss battles kept my blood rushing even though i'm just watching a youtube video. like 16 to 32 or, 8 for the smaller one
so i see you are also looking for "mmo with oldschool 16 bit graphics", i can only suggest you the realm of the mad god, it's available on steam, you might also want to try RoboCraft, it's like the combination of minecraft and worlds of tanks, basically, you build a vehicle or a robot with blocks, gave them tires, guns, boosters, etc etc etc, and bring them to battle, you can try your creativity here.
i would suggest you champions of regnum or guild wars 2, then.
but i see you are looking for action, if generic mmo combat style works for you, then hop on into them, guild wars 2 is recommended.
as for the 16 bit game, what about ultima online?
