Dungeon Difficulty - concerns

I've been watching the alpha on twitch, I know it's NA alpha but this game fight mechanics should be beyond that stage, at any rate the dungeon I was watching appeared to be on easy mode. It was a level 50 dungeon. The "tank" barely took any damage. One dps died due to lag, so despite the lag, the other 4 players were able to handle the boss fairly easy. Mobs could be locked down with cc they didn't attack as a unit though, they came one at a time. Is the game harder than it looks or did they turn all difficulty off for the NA alpha?

I tried to ask if this was easy mode in one of the twitch channels, it was a serious question, I was banned immediately, I don't know if the streamer was just a cry baby or what, but I just wanted to know why he took no damage. Aoe effects were fairly easy to stay out of, and the boss was hitting him, I did notice he was being healed substantially from an op source, but his health never dipped below 99%.

It all just looked easy. This game has some cool features, I hope they didn't botch dungeon Difficulty though and there is a magic switch that turns on and cranks up the intensity of npcs

    ive watched a few dungeons runs so far and to be fair some did seem like hard mobs,some guys died a few times but the bosses mechanics  did seem a bit easy to read.i dont think the dungeon is meant to be a major factor in aa,i could be wrong but the game reminds me alot of vanguard.

    I've played to about lv 30 on the RU servers and healing is really strong in this game, probably  had a good healer.
