Few questions about veteran game-play and other

  1. Is collecting all the skyshards in all zones after reaching the levelcap gonna be some mandatory thing to do? Since each one makes you stronger  essentially.. Looks like some super-generic stuff to do with a map called "Skyshard finder" in another window open -.-
  2. Why is the whole new adventure zone built only for group-play? How are you supposed to adventure with totally random people (who in Europe usually can't even use a common language)? This is actually a huge part of the world map, connecting big regions, how come it is not accessible for solo play?
  3. Is resetting your skills way too expensive or it just seems for me that way?
  4. Why can't they ban gold spammers? ( I reported ~10 today)
  5. I haven't gotten to do pvp yet (I couldn't play the game for 5 days, until they've sent me a game code, because it didn't accept my totally fine credit card), how does it feel for a level 12 or level 20 guy to face a level ~40? What are his chances?

    1. Skyshards grant you skillpoints, which in term improves your character, so yes they are kind of mandatory, theres an addon called skyshards which shows all of them on your map ingame.

    2. Its group based because thats what people asked for, join a guild, make some friends and enjoy the content, this was the essence of mmo's years ago, im glad they are trying to bring it back, this is not a single player game.

3: Yes its way too expensive right now, plan your spec out in advance.

    4. They do ban them, its however too slow right now, i guess they do it on a case by case basis and are just too busy atm.

    5. PvP is alright no matter your level, however the veteran players in good gear does have an advantage as it should be.

    1. You can do the quests of the other factions, that's how you are supposed to level the Veteran Ranks
    2. Stop playing MMORPGs, ESO is poisoned enough by the solotization. Go find a guild to play in multiplayer games
    3. I dunno for charac points, but it's 100g/points for skill points (You can only reset them all)
    4. Zenimax has some trouble with all the cheaters & gold sellers
    5. Characters with a higher level will obviously has an advantage, but if you're with a group, you shouldn't have trouble to fight against those players.

Tanks for the answers, why the hell do you think though that the multiplayer aspect of a persistent online rpg revolves around being in a "party"??? The key is in an open world, crowded with players, not necessarily playing with them mandatorily.
