ABOUT MISSION STRUCTURE

The game will start with two types of event. User-Triggered and Game-Triggered. Today we talk about Game-Triggered events.

Game-Triggered missions are related to the storyline and lead to a HUB that contains a series of 3 to 7 quests, similar to the situation room. Since they are triggered by the game, they may start even if it's not the perfect moment in your real life. =)

Both types of mission are semi-scripted and can span from an hour to a week. Team size varies based on mission level: A level 1 event may require three players, while a level 10 event may require a raid of at least 500 players!

Single player mission: Long-term large-scale events generate single mission opportunities. This task has to be completed without the main player leaving. Higher-level players can give lower-level players missions while they focus on a core threat.

Offline mission: Players can participate or continue contributing in large-scale events when they are offline. They can assign themselves to a platoon and leave control to an active player, improving its overall power during the time they are logged off. Offline players are valuable resources that you can use, up to a point.

Flashback mission: You can read more about them here. It's basically a replay of the mission as it happens with the community that you can experience in real-time.
