Hello all,
According to the patch notes the bank bug deletion has been repaired and the process of restoring people's missing upgrades and deposited gold has begun. I can envision a room of GM's having to wade through hundreds of thousands of support tickets. I assume it's going to take a ton of time to sort through everybody's accounts and tickets.
I want to start a thread to keep track of people that have actually had their missing bank upgrades and deposited gold restored. For the record I have a ticket open and it has not yet been resolved. I had my bank upgraded to 100 slots. My hope is that over the next several days people will chime in saying their issue has been finally resolved. If so please let us know how the process went and what ZOS did to ultimately resolve the issue.
I'm curious if they will upgrade the bank slots with some sort of GM command or perhaps deposit the equivalent sum of gold necessary to repurchase the bank upgrades. Also if this thread goes several days with no one responding we will then have another issue to discuss.

This happened to me too. I did not have my bank slots or items restored but I did receive a response.
"Greetings Adventurer!
This is a complex issue and is actively being worked on. At this time we have a group of of dedicated Devs working around the clock on fixing this issue for everyone and will not rest until this is resolved!"
And she also told me I can make alt characters to store my extra items until this issue is resolved. I'm expecting a few days to a week to resolve this issue for most people hopefully but who knows.
Nope, all i got was a generic response like the above post.
Disappointing to say the least, their CS sucks sooo bad.
Funny how they stated they had fixed it already in the official forum.
The patch has already been implemented. It isn't retroactive though, won't restore past stuff automatically. You need to file a new ticket regarding your missing slots and items and they will handle each case individually.
