Then play a game with instanced PvP problem solved? I like open world PvP a lot more, I like unpredictable, and chaos, in PvP. I like sieges, and armies clashing against armies. BG's are more like sports, predictable and boring.
Almost every BG match you see how it will go in the first minute, people dropping off from losing team and the winning team steamrolling, so I rather take that steamroll on large scale PvP where at least the tide can turn, and where deserters get hunted down ^_^

What you say is true, but the smaller the group of players involved the less of an importance your difference makes.
Small scale, sterile, instance everybody wins PvP has been beaten to death over the last few years. I am thankful that they at least tried to do something different.
Now if they could only add something a bit more persistent than the current Keep swapping system....

I'll most likely give it a try anyway. I am just bored waiting for the game to finish installing. You buy the boxed retail version which takes an hour to install because the game is 34 GB ..and you still have to download a bunch of updates. Not sure if I am through because it finishes one and starts on another. .So far it has amounted to about 7 GB extra downloads.
Any kind of PvP rules...especially if you can work on tactics, and strategy and perfect your template for what kind of battles do you want to be involved in.
I've participated in all kinds of PvP yet I am not joining this charade until ya'll iron it out and work out all the overpowered, imbalanced, siege tweaks/balancing, stealth, etc... and so on.
I've been around since Everquest and made a name for myself in the old school PvP circles up until WoW. In WoW you get lost yet you can participate where you want, yet you eventually get lost into it.
I prefer to have enough people who want to stick it out and make it a challenge...not a faceroll. This involves 3 relatively equal sides in playtime/effectiveness/strategy/specialties over a terrain made of a huge battlefield with certain tactics and points like post vanilla WoW when battlefield was introduced.
Oh and I bet to differ and one person does matter in any battle scenerio because it is comprised of people in real time knowing their roles and being prepared/geared/specd/skilled enough to carry it out as a team of motivated and dynamic individuals.
NOT BOTS! BRING ON THE BOTS; I AM READY FOR THE CHALLENGE! BRING IT!
Seriously I would rather PvP super advanced learning AI and have it dynamically adapt and learn and adjust strategy and tactics in real time where they player base works together to overcome the AI....players do not offer enough of a challenge to player who puts everything into their PvP as they are mindful of the moment without distraction nor preoccupation as we are preparing...choose your weapon carefully
So please push everything to the envelope as there are many very experienced PvP enthusiasts who are waiting for this game to bring on the mother frakin bots! Cuz players don't offer enough of a challenge simply because the best needs to work with the best in a cooperative effort to overcome and realize the arts of peace

Am i correct that is uninstanced PVP. ...Just an area that anybody can enter..like DAOC or Warhammer Online..

in before someone mentions wildstar
Apparently cloning GW2 is passed off as unique these days.
LOL!
Post WHEN you have done the PvP. Why post?
